On December 16, 2002, BDO Dunwoody LLP became the operators of the Self-Employment Benefits resource centre in Thunder Bay. Our desire is to provide program participants with the resources they need to successfully start their new business venture. For this reason, we have made some significant changes to the resource centre offerings. This website outlines some of the plans we have over the next few months. Our Mission: The JumpStart resource centre exists to provide meaningful, practical and personal support for entrepreneurs on the Self-Employment Benefits program in Thunder Bay, Ontario.
