Welcome to Jumpstart!

The JumpStart Program is here to help you become self employed!  We offer support for men and women who want to own and operate their own business.  JumpStart gives you the extra boost you need to start your business.  We offer a resource centre, coaching through our business advisors, seminars and other materials that give you both guidance and motivation as you begin. In order to qualify for the program you must have an active Employment Insurance claim, have been on Employment Insurance within the last three years, or you should have been on maternity leave within the last five years.

  • Up to date business planning, word processing, spreadsheet graphics and database application software

  • Monetary benefit of $423 per week for 42 weeks
